Introduction

The Department of BBA Professional of Siddheswari College started its journey in 2016 with a view to offering modernized education in the business arena to help students becoming competitive and eligible in job market. We follow the National University Curriculum and the medium of instruction is in English. BBA program is a four-year program which is divided into eight semesters, where teaching and examination of allocated courses for a specific semester would be finished within six months. A total 40 courses are taught consisting 126 credit hours and viva-voce examination in third year and an Internship/Project Paper with Defense at the end of fourth year. In the seventh semester, students can choose their Major from Accounting & Information System, Management Studies, Marketing, and Finance & Banking. To help students adapting with the challenging business environment and job market, BBA Professional Department equips students by providing contemporary education by highly qualified teachers from business background. Students have access to Computer Lab and Department Seminar to expand their views towards new opportunities. As we don’t believe in “Bookish Knowledge” so we emphasize on cultivating analytical and communication skill by providing practical lesson to students in our digitalized classroom. In- course examination, assignment, quiz, presentation, classroom participation and group study engage students with study effectively. Regular feedback is taken from students and parents to improvise teaching system. Students are taken to study tour and annual picnic to recover from monotony of study. Last but not least, teachers of BBA Professional are always available to help students out of the classroom during their office hour.
