Introduction

(Department of Social work, Ested: 2012) Siddheswari College is a renowned educational institution of Dhaka City in Bangladesh which established in 1st January 1962. Addressing the demand of students and academicians this institute opened various types of departments. `SOCIAL WORK’ department is one of the most significant departments which opened at the academic session at 2011-12 in 2012. From the beginning, the administration and the department of social work have undertaken necessary steps to ensure to improve quality education that can compete local and globally job demand. In this en devour and fulfillment of our vision, I seek co-operation from all quarters. Further more this department is performing tremendous activities with great pride. Students of Social work department are now working in different sectors of Bangladesh and other countries with name and fame. I wish a great deal of complete success towards my students to choose this subject.
